BJ “The Prodigy” Penn has decided to cut his retirement short this past week and is eager to make an Octagon return real soon. After being challenged by the very talented UFC prospect Rory MacDonald from the welterweight division, Penn was quick to accept the fight via his website BJPenn.com:
“Rory [MacDonald], I accept your challenge!”
The bout has been proposed for the UFC’s return to Toronto, Ontario Canada, on September 22nd at UFC 152.
Side Note: “The Prodigy” had first retired after his loss against Nick Diaz last October 2011 at UFC 137.
