Anthony Smith Disgusted with Dan Bilzerian and Donald Cerrone After Family “Ordeal”
Speaking on Michael Bisping’s “Believe You Me” podcast, former UFC heavy weight contender Anthony Smith claimed Dan Bilzerian and Donald Cerrone forced his family to move out of their seats while they were watching the bout between him and Jon Jones in 2019. Smith also claimed that the social media influencer Bilzerian, known for posting about his lavish lifestyle, was watching lewd videos while sitting ringside.
UFC 235 was Smith’s first shot at the title, and so he brought his family along to witness it. Their experience however was ruined, by the two “s***house drunk,” men, he said.
After Bilzerian and Cerrone forced Smith’s family out of their seats, they still ended up sitting next to them, where Dan began to watch the videos on his phone, right next to Smith’s elderly mother.
Speaking further about the experience, Smith said, “Dan ends up being next to my mum, and during the fight, is watching porn on his phone. During the fight he’s sitting there watching porn. My mum’s super uncomfortable, weirded out, she’s a quiet lady, real shy. It was just a whole f****** ordeal.”
Smith said that he chose not to tell this story while his mother was still alive, to avoid embarrassing her. You can check out a clip of the podcast below:
For Smith, the road to a title starts again this summer, as his next scheduled fight is against fellow light-heavyweight contender Magomed Ankalaev on July 30th, 2022 at UFC 277.
