During the UFC 139 ‘Shogun vs Henderson’ post-fight press conference, UFC President Dana White announced all of the bonus winners. Each of the fighters that acquired the following bonuses, pocketed an extra $70,000 USD aside from their regular salary.
The complete payroll for each of the fighters that participated at the UFC 139 event will be posted once the California State Athletic Commission releases the fighter salaries to the public. We’ll be posting the complete payroll shortly.
Here are the special fight bonuses for the UFC 139 event:
- Fight of the Night : Dan Henderson and Mauricio Shogun main event, Henderson defeated Shogun via a Unanimous Decision; Also Wanderlei Silva and Cung Le co-main event, Silva defeated Le via TKO
- Knockout of the Night : Michael McDonald, McDonald defeated Alex Soto via KO – Round 1, in just 56 seconds
- Submission of the Night : Urijah Faber, Faber submitted Brian Bowles via Guillotine Choke – Round 2, 1:27
