UFC heavyweight fighter Junior ‘Cigano’ Dos Santos continues to train hardcore for his next upcoming fight…whenever that may be. Although no future opponent has been assigned to him just yet, his coach Luiz Dorea strongly believes that ‘Cigano’ will be the next Brazilian champion in the UFC. After training with Dos Santos for quite some time now, he feels that Dos Santos has the boxing skills to knock out anyone in the UFC heavyweight division plus he is a very quick learner when it comes to any aspect in mixed martial arts.
From Luiz Dorea, Dos Santos’ trainer:
“I have no doubt that Cigano is going to be another Brazilian champion. In the past, he was a hope, but today is a reality in the UFC. He’s a heavyweight with skilled hands and he easily learns the tecniques during the trainings, not only in boxing. He’s either good in jiu-jitsu or wrestling. The next fight is still away, then we keep focusing boxing. When the fight is closer we start to mix the styles.”
