It seems like the KING of Jiu-Jitsu, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, has been training hard with his buddy Anderson Silva. We found a video showing these two Brazilians sparring in the ring at their training facility. Now these guys are no joke and expect an awesome show in the next UFC 73.

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, also known as Minotauro or Big Nog is considered one of the top heavyweights in the world. Most of his career took place in Japan back in Pride. He is mostly recognized for his impressive win against Mirko Cro Cop…probably the best fight I have ever seen in MMA. He has also fought with other top contenders like Fedor Emelianenko, Fabricio Werdum who is now in the UFC, Mark Coleman, Bob Sapp, Josh Barnett and others.
Big Nog’s next fight is already scheduled to be against Heath Herring who he beat once before on a unanimous decision, but will not be an easy match at all this time around. Heath is looking for his revenge in the octagon. Incase you missed what happened the first time, make sure to check this out:
As for Anderson Silva, he will also fight in the next UFC 73 and will be defending his UFC middleweight championship belt against a tough Nate Marquardt who has won his last 6 fights in a row.
