UFC President Dana White Talks Affliction And Fedor Emelianenko

After disappointing pay-per-view sales for the Affliction 2 'Day of Reckoning' event, UFC President Dana White predicted a huge downfall in the near future for the mixed martial arts/clothing company.   White had indicated in the past that Affliction was nowhere near some sort of competition when it came to mixed martial arts organizations.

In regards to Fedor Emelianenko, White has always considered the Russian as an "overrated" fighter.  With Fedor's recent win over UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski, White stated that he was always welcome to "fight the best in the world" over at the UFC.

Snip from UFC President Dana White:

“Affliction is going away. They did horrible, horrible buys on
Saturday night. I’d love to see them do another show because I’d love
to see them lose another 5-6 million of their t-shirt money … If Fedor
doesn’t care than neither do I. If he wants to come over and fight the
best in the world then that’s cool with me. At the end of the day, if
Fedor wants to fight here I’m here, if he doesn’t I don’t care.”
