The UFC announced the usual bonuses of "Fight of the Night", "Submission of the Night" and "Knockout of the Night" during the UFC 92 post-fight press conference. A bonus of $60,000 USD was awarded to the following fighters that fell within the categories:
- "Fight of the Night"– awarded to Forrest Griffin and Rashad "Sugar" Evans for their very entertaining performance.
- "Knockout of the Night"– awarded to Quinton "Rampage" Jackson after knocking out Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva at 3:21 of the 1st round.
- "Submission of the Night"– there was no submission bonus given as there were no submission victories during this UFC 92 event.
The UFC 92 "The Ultimate 2008" event took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event brought in a crowd of 14,103 people and produced a live gate of $3.47 Million USD.
