The UFC 83: Serra vs. GSP kicks off tomorrow afternoon with the pre-show/weigh-in event. The weigh-ins will be free and open to the public for those near the Montreal, Canada area. It will take place at the Centre Bell during the hours of 3pm-5pm ET.
