“Countdown to UFC 77” will be given tonight at 11p.m. ET on Spike TV. The show will debut tonight and will be replayed 2 more times in case you won’t be able to watch it. These are the “Countdown to UFC 77” dates and times:

The show will dedicate 60 minutes of the middleweight title bout between Rich Franklin and Anderson Silva. Franklin has been waiting an entire year for this bout as he aims for the belt that was taken away from him by the same Silva who holds the belt today. You will hear from both of these fighters as they will discuss their training and the strategies they have integrated for the fight that is scheduled on Saturday October 20th @10p.m. ET, only on pay per view.
