UFC no. 1 heavyweight title contender Shane Carwin plans on adding his 13th consecutive MMA win this upcoming Saturday night against Brock Lesnar. Not only does he want to be victorious and acquire the true UFC heavyweight title, but he also wants to make a statement by knocking out the vicious trash talking Lesnar.
Carwin will enter the Octagon on July 3rd with an unbeaten record of 12 wins, 0 losses. Their heavyweight title fight is scheduled to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
From Shane Carwin:
“I’m not concerned at all (about conditioning), we have a great training camp and my coaches have prepared me for an all-out war. The stand-up game has become my passion. [I know] Brock is gonna come back 100-percent and I’m excited to get in the cage against him. You’re looking at the top two heavyweights in the world. He’s got the real belt and I’m coming after it Saturday. You’re going to see Brock Lesnar knocked out on the canvas.”
