The UFC has officially released the fighter payouts and salaries for the UFC 91: ‘Couture vs. Lesnar’ event. The following payouts do not include the $60,000 USD bonuses awarded for "Fight of the Night", "Submission of the Night" and "Knockout of the Night" (click here for bonus winners). However, fighters did receive additional cash for winning their bouts.
Brock Lesnar, who currently holds one of the UFC heavyweight belts, received the highest payout with a total of $450,000 USD. He defeated Randy "The Natural" Couture via TKO in the second round of the championship bout. Couture came in second, earning $250,000 USD even though he lost.

- Brock Lesnar defeats Randy Couture via TKO at 3:07 in the 2nd round (Lesnar earns $200,000 USD for fighting, an extra $250,000 USD for winning; Couture earns $250,000 USD)
- Kenny Florian defeats Joe Stevenson via a rear-naked choke submission at 4:03 in the 1st round (Florian earns $40,000 USD for fighting, an extra $40,000 USD for winning; Stevenson earns $35,000 USD).
- Gabriel Gonzaga defeats John Hendricks via TKO at 1:01 in the 1st round (Gonzaga earns $55,000 USD for fighting, an extra $55,000 USD for winning; Hendricks earns $8,000 USD).
- Demian Maia defeats Nate Quarry via a rear-naked choke submission at 2:13 in the 1st round (Maia earns $20,000 USD for fighting, $20,000 USD for winning; Quarry earns $25,000 USD).
- Dustin Hazelett defeats Tamdan McCrory
via a reverse arm-bar submission at 3:59 in the 1st round (Hazelett earns $14,000 USD for fighting, an extra $14,000 USD for winning; McCrory earns $10,000 USD).
