As part of Michael Bisping’s UFC 100 preparation, he has been playing the latest ‘UFC 2009 Undisputed’ video game on a regular basis.  Bisping has been using this gameplay as part of his mental training and since he has been knocking out Henderson everytime, he believes that the same thing will happen on July 11 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

Snip from Michael Bisping himself (props to thesun.co.uk):

“I tried winding Dan [Henderson] up on the show a bit and I think I got to him a bit more than he let on.  He’s been around a long time and he’s fought a who’s who of MMA but I’m looking forward to fighting him…I’ve been playing the UFC 2009 Undisputed game as myself against him as part of my mental preparation and I’ve been knocking him out on a regular basis…I’ve been there, seen it and done it a thousand times and I’m sure when the night comes it will be no different.  I think I’ll out strike him, I’ll out-wrestle him, my jiu-jitsu’s better than his and I’ll outwork him.  I will do everything better than him when it comes to fight time.  I’m 100 percent confident. I’ve got a fantastic camp going on at the Wolfslair.  I’ve got a bunch of very high calibre wrestlers in to train with and none of them are getting me down.  I’m looking forward to the fight and the show as a whole…I was absolutely thrilled when I got the call and was asked to headline UFC 100.  I couldn’t believe it but I looked at it as a validation of my success and all the hard work and effort I’ve put in.  I live and breathe this sport so to get selected to be on the UFC 100 card means a lot.”
