Mark ‘The Filipino Wrecking Machine’ Munoz will be looking to take on Kendall ‘Da Spyder’ Grove as part of the UFC 112 fight card. Both middleweight fighters have verbally agreed to do battle, but it was Grove who confirmed the news via his twitter account:
“All right I find out who I’m fighting this week and when. I can’t wait…Da spyders fighting in abudabi April 10 so pumped…Starting my camp today for April 10. Its going to be a fun camp…@markkmunoz i respect u a lot.hope u have a safe traing camp.I know we will put on a good show.GOD BLESS.”
Munoz is 2-0 as a UFC middleweight, meanwhile Grove won three of his last four fights. UFC 112 will take place in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates on April 10, 2010. The main event will feature a middleweight title fight between Anderson Silva and Vitor Belfort. Also on the card is BJ Penn putting his belt on the line against number one lightweight contender Frankie Edgar.
