Josh Koscheck To Fight Paul Daley As Co Main Event For UFC 113 In Montreal

UFC 113 seems to have found its co-main event as Josh Koscheck confirms a welterweight fight against Paul Daley at UFC 113.  It seems more than certain that the winner of this fight will be the next number one title contender in the 170-pound division.  This means that the winner between Daley and Koscheck will face the winner of Georges St Pierre vs Dan Hardy, which is already scheduled for UFC 111 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.

UFC 113 will headline a 205-pound title fight rematch between current UFC champion Lyoto ‘The Dragon’ Machida vs. Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua.  The event will take place at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada on May 1st.

From Josh Koscheck via his twitter account:

“Ok here we go, let the shit talking start. I am fighting Daley,MAY 1 co main event UFC113. This kid is going 2 get what he’s asking 4. XOXO”

Koscheck is a tough dude, his wrestling is going to help him in this fight because I see Kos taking Daley down. We all know that Daley has a sick takedown defense, but once he’s put on the ground…that’s where the problem starts. If the fight stays standing up, I see Daley knocking him out but if Koscheck manages to put Daley on the mat…I think it’s all ground and pound from there. Another great match-up by Joe Silva!!
