The Countdown to UFC 107 will debut on December 8th, starting at 11 pm ET on Spike TV. The show will preview the lightweight title match-up between current champ BJ ‘The Prodigy’ Penn and Diego ‘Nightmare’ Sanchez, which is scheduled to take place on December 12th at the Fed Ex Forum in Memphis, Tennessee. You’ll be able to check out highlights on some of the preparation and training of both lightweight fighters.
