Immediately after the WEC 39 ‘Brown vs. Garcia’ event, an announcement was made in regards to the bonuses earned by several fighters. Each of the following bonus winners received $7,500 USD in addition to their respective base salaries.
- Fight of the Night: awarded to Johny Hendricks and Alex Serdyukov for their action-packed fight. In the end, Hendricks defeated Serdyukov via a unanimous decision.
- Submission of the Night: awarded to Mike Brown for his sensational arm-triangle submission over Leonard Garcia in the main event.
- Knockout of the Night: awarded to Damacio Page for his quick, yet brutal KO over Marcos Galvao with just 18 seconds into the first round.
