BJ Penn Upset With ‘UFC Primetime’ Series: “They Try To Portray Everything Like I Was A Spoiled Slacker And A Liar” (UFC 94)

BJ "The Prodigy" Penn is just about set to take on UFC welterweight champion Georges "Rush" St. Pierre at UFC 94 on January 31st.  The MGM Grand Garden Arena is completely sold out and all UFC/MMA fans are extremely eager for this day to come.

The hype continues to build with the "UFC: Primetime" episodes that are being televised every Wednesday on Spike TV.  So far two episodes have been aired, but there seemed to be a little problem with the upcoming third episode.  Penn has stopped the taping of the next (third) episode, so it will be interesting to see how Spike TV will end the series on January 28th.  Penn is furious by the way he is depicted on the show and he recently talked to Tapout Radio about the situation.

"It was ridiculous, actually.  I told them that if you keep doing this, these cameras aren't going to come around anymore so you guys better straighten up your act…It's just really funny how they try to portray everything like I was a spoiled slacker and a liar, but whatever…what can you do?  All you can do is kick the cameras out."
